I got my wings when someone wiser took me under their's

You know I always say "I got my wings when I was acting-up and someone older and wiser, A-Head, took me under their wing and in between the cars, before I could get into to much trouble.
All my wings came to me when I was over asphalt and pavement. Whether it was "On Lot" or "On The Road" or in Near-Fatal Accidents, while Sailing through the air and falling into the arms of my Angels. I Got Wings Kid. Even though I love the bare-earth and Mama Nature, almost all of my "wings" came to me over the solid asphalt.

Recently I have been forced to think about it more because of all the "Wings Hype". So I was thinking about it, and I realized the first time I got a pair of wings: It was from an older Head named Prankster. Neither of us made a big deal about it and even made fun of all the hype.
The Thing is, that was when I was on my way to Amsterdam to study design. One day while I was there on the train, I had this super-strong urge to give away an angel pin. she was this person who I seemed to recognize in a dreamy memory kind of way. We didn't even speak the same word-language, nor did we exchange words. My mother had given me that pin.Point is, It was on that trip that I realized I could be and artist and a creative while expressing myself in a whole new world of mediums, even pure design. That's when I started to "get-over-my-self" and my fear of "success/failure". I started to accept that I could be a talented artist with a valid perspective. I began to embrace the idea of collage and multimedia as True Art for our time.

That trip was the Start of the pin thing for me, I think, and I got my wings on my way out of town for that trip.

Years later, That same guy who gave me the wings, introduced me to the "Hippie Obama Button Guy" who let me work "Obama Hippie Merch" on "Obama Tour". Then we went to inauguration and that was the biggest Shake-Down-Street Ever! After that Almost every penny from "Obama Tour" Got put into our pins for Hampton.
While I was working Obama merch I Met this other Shadowy Lot Figure, Lets call him Shaddy, who later introduced me to the Kesey family. They embraced me and our designs with vibes that felt like HOME.
Its because of the pins ya know? Its weird.... There is some kind of Mojo 'cause really I'm not that cool but the pin thing really is! I think it could be king tuts scarab or the original combination of powerful symbols to create something new. There is power in Creation You Know That Much!

Mabey it Is the Blood, The Sweat, and the TEARS all mixing up in the cauldron.....
Double Bubble Toil and Trouble Fire Burn and Cauldron Bubble.....

Thanks for so much for the encouragement you guys! Thank you everyone who has ordered pins we could not do this with out you! A Great big thanks to you-know-who-you-are for the BIG order that let us be able to afford getting to fest 8. (now lets see if we are going to need to voluteer to get in,Right)

Pin Droppppppp!!!!!

We are Super Stoked to announce our Newest Pin in the series:

Hunab Ku Trinumeral Nine

Trinumeral Music and Art Festival is in Deerfields west of Asheville, NC.
the fest is always thrown on the triple dates of the year.

The ancient Maya did not only quantify with numbers but they measured each number's frequency as well.
They were concerned with the vibration or "Tone" of each number.

The organizers of Trinumeral Festival see the vibration of a triple date as significant enough to throw a big show on these dates every year.
Taking these concepts and pairing them we came up with the new pin.Hunab Ku Tri9

The line with four dots above it is the Classical Mayan tone for nine. So I made a triangle
(or 2d pyramid) with three nines.
In the center of the pyramid (or is it a UFO?) I put the Mayan Symbol for the center of the Galaxy: The Hunab Ku (this is a powerful symbol for our age.) to stare at this symbol induses a VIBRATION very quickly on its own.

The idea here is to make and have an ARTIFACT for and from the future.

There is recessed metal and the tones are raised off of the pin. You will be able to feel it.
the Pin will be centered. You will be able to spin it.

I hope tho see some of you guys there. let us know what you think
