Nekhbet the original Egyption God

The wings Go Back Farther Than Any Other Symbol in Egypt. "They are Short Hand for the Divine" said Dr. Anastasia Dakouri-Haild of the UVA dept. of Art History. Originally they stood for Nekhbet, the original Egyptian god In Vulture form. Very "popular" in early southern Egypt. Dr.Dakuri-Hald, is an expert in Egyptology. She was kind enough to take time from her day to help me more fully understand what this wing thing is all about. More research and study required, but it is obvious we are among kings when we fly in this land. The King as Dr Dakuri-Hald put it. Well here is some food for thought. Got your Wings Kids.
